Retour & Refund Policy
At Ashford Attire, we aim to provide high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the policy below.
1. Return Conditions
• You may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery.
• Returned products must be:
• Unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
• In their original packaging with all labels attached.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned:
• Items that are worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
• Custom-made or personalized products.
• Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable."
3. Refund Process
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
• Please note that original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number.
• Clear photos showing the defect or damage.
We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
5. Order Cancellations
• Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
• After 24 hours, your order will be processed and shipped, and cancellations will no longer be possible.
